This creative collaboration with Billow Bakery was inspired by the shared practise of making by hand and the celebration of good food amongst great company. Billow Bakery is the sour dough Shangri-La of New Plymouth where you find both great bread, pastries and people. This collaboration was an opportunity to roll together some colourful ingredients with the hopes of producing a treat for the eyes.
